Inspections & photos

How do I take inspection photos that hold up in a dispute?

Wide shot first, then the detail; one photo per finding on the item it belongs to; let the app stamp time and place. The report then shows the room, the damage and the moment together, which is what a hearing officer or a board member needs.

How it works

  • Rate the item Poor, tap the camera on that item — the photo attaches to the finding, not to a pile at the end.
  • Mark items photo-required in the template so the walk cannot complete without one.
  • Move-in and move-out reports can be compared side by side on the same items.

What it doesn't do

  • Sitesui records what the phone gives it; a phone with location off produces a photo without a location.

Pro

The move-in/move-out comparison is Pro; the photo discipline is free.
