Switching & comparing

How does Sitesui compare to HOALife?

HOALife is built around violations and architectural review, with notices by email or post, a homeowner portal and a price set on a demo call; Sitesui is built around the walk and the fix: common-area and violation inspections on a phone, the board report as a link, and findings that become work orders vendors answer. For ARC requests and mailed notices, HOALife; for the inspection through to the repair, Sitesui.

How it works

  • Walk the common areas or a violation drive on a phone, offline if needed, with dated photos.
  • A violation notice prints with a QR that brings the owner's reply back to that notice.
  • A finding becomes a work order the vendor answers from a link, with no login.
  • The board opens the report by link, without an account.
  • Sign up and walk the same day; there is no demo call and no card for Free.

What it doesn't do

  • No architectural review (ARC/ARB) workflow.
  • Sitesui does not mail letters or keep owner balances, and has no QuickBooks sync.
  • No map view or route planning through a community; each address has a one-tap directions link, and every photo records where it was taken.
