What are the common problems with inspection software, and how does Sitesui handle them?

Buyers keep reporting the same five problems: photos that end up separated from the finding they prove, reports that take an evening to assemble, findings that are written down and never fixed, apps that fail in a mechanical room with no signal, and per-user pricing that punishes adding a part-time inspector. Sitesui is built around those five — the photo attaches to its checklist item, the PDF is ready when you tap Complete, a Poor item becomes a work order that stays open until the manager checks it, the walk saves offline, and plans are per workspace — and the limits below are the ones it has not solved.

How it works

  • Disconnected evidence: every photo is taken on the checklist item it proves and carries the moment it was taken, so the report shows the problem next to its proof.
  • Report assembly: the branded PDF is generated the moment the walk completes; share it by link, email it, or export a ZIP with every photo.
  • Findings that go nowhere: a Poor item becomes a work order in one tap, reaches the vendor by email with a link, and stays open until the manager marks it checked.
  • No signal: the walk is saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects, so a mechanical room or a parking garage does not lose the inspection.
  • Per-seat pricing: Pro, Business and Multi-site cover unlimited inspectors for one workspace price, so adding a part-timer costs nothing extra.
  • Starting from scratch: 30 checklists are built in, and a CSV import brings the property list over in one go.

What it doesn't do

  • It runs in the browser and installs to the home screen; there is no app-store download yet.
  • Work orders, vendor dispatch and resident reporting are Pro and up; Free is the walk and the report.
  • It is not property management software: no leases, rent, owner accounting or tenant portal.

Which plan

Pro

Free runs 3 inspections a month, enough to feel the first four fixes on a real property; the work-order loop that closes the fifth starts on Pro at $29/month.
