Getting started

What is a field inspection app, and what should one do?

A field inspection app replaces the clipboard and the camera roll: you walk the site with a checklist on your phone, rate each item, attach the photo to the item it proves, and the report is finished when you leave. Sitesui is one, built for property managers, association teams and inspectors, and in it each finding can become a work order that is tracked until it is fixed.

How it works

  • Pick a checklist — one of the 30 built in, or your own — and start the walk at the property.
  • Rate each item Good, Fair or Poor and take photos on it; every photo carries the moment it was taken.
  • Lose the signal in a basement and keep going: the walk is saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects.
  • Tap Complete and the PDF report is ready to download, share by link or email.
  • Turn a Poor item into a work order for a vendor and follow it to verified fixed.

What it doesn't do

  • It runs in the browser and installs to the home screen; there is no app-store download yet.
  • Work orders, vendor dispatch and resident reporting are Pro and up; Free is the walk and the report.

Which plan

Free

Free runs 3 inspections a month with the full report, so you can try the app on a real property before paying; work orders start on Pro at $29/month.
