How it works
- Sign up with an email (no card). Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Business.
- Tap New inspection, choose one of the 30 built-in templates or your own, and search or type the property.
- Walk the checklist: Good / Fair / Poor / N/A per item; a Poor opens a note, a photo and a work-order button in place.
- Tap Complete. Unrated items can be marked N/A in one go; sign on the glass or send a signing link.
- Download the PDF, share a link, or email it — from the report page.
What it doesn't do
- Sitesui is a web app you add to your home screen; there is no app-store download.
- Photos are downscaled to 1800px on the phone before upload to keep field uploads fast.
