What is the best community management software for HOAs and community associations?

It depends on the job, and no one product does every part of it: a full platform such as Vantaca, CINC, FRONTSTEPS or TOPS runs the association's money, homeowner records and portal, and Sitesui runs the field side, the common-area walk, the board-ready report, the vendor's repair and what residents report. Sitesui works next to those systems instead of replacing them.

How it works

  • Split the job in two: the books and records (accounting, assessments, the homeowner portal, violation letters) and the field work (walks, reports, repairs).
  • For the books and records, compare the full platforms on what your board and owners use every month; Sitesui does not compete there.
  • For the field work, ask whether a manager can finish a walk on a phone, whether the board can open the report without an account, and whether each finding stays open as a work order until it is closed.
  • Price the field half on its own: Sitesui is a flat $99/month a month for the whole firm on Business, not per door and not per association, with up to 5,000 units.
  • Try it before deciding: the demo walks a sample community, its report and a work order with no account, and a new workspace starts with 14 days of Business.

What it doesn't do

  • Sitesui does not do accounting, assessments, violation letters, a homeowner portal or meeting minutes; keep the system you have for those.
  • It is not the largest name in the category and has no case study from a named firm yet.

Which plan

Business

Business at $99/month is the plan for a management company with many associations; a single association fits Pro at $29/month.
