Vantaca alternative
Sitesui vs Vantaca
Vantaca runs the association: accounting, portal, violations. Sitesui runs the common-area walk, the board-ready report and the vendor's repair, next to it.
How this comparison was made. Vantaca’s pricing model, strengths and limits were read from their own site on 2026-10-06; we have not used their product as a paying customer. The Sitesui column comes from our pricing page and product as they are today. Where this page says what fits whom, that is our reading, not a fact about them. If something here is out of date, email hello@sitesui.app and it is corrected, with the date.
About Vantaca
Vantaca is community association management software for management companies: accounting, the Vantaca Home resident experience, vendor payments, an AI layer (HOAi), and the Vantaca Manage app, in which a manager runs on-site inspections and violations, offline if needed, and adds work orders and views architectural requests per property.
No prices on their site; every page leads to a demo request, and the deal is a contract with implementation. Check with them for current terms.
Where Vantaca is strong
- A full association-management platform — accounting, assessments, the homeowner portal, vendor payments — which Sitesui is not and does not try to be
- Violation inspections from the manager's phone, tied to the homeowner record and the violation letter that goes out of the same system
- Work orders and architectural requests in the same system as the ledger, the homeowner and the board
Where Sitesui fits better
- The common-area condition walk is the product: a checklist rated Good, Fair or Poor with photos, and a branded, board-ready PDF the moment the manager taps Complete
- A Poor becomes a work order in one tap; the vendor answers from an emailed link with no account and closes it with a completion photo, and the board sees the status on a link without logging in
- Residents report a broken gate or a light out by QR into the same queue as the walk's findings
- Self-serve and flat per company: start free today, no demo, and the price does not move with the number of associations
Pick Vantaca if: You are choosing the system that runs your associations' money, homeowner records and violation letters, or Vantaca's own inspections already give your board what it needs. Sitesui does no accounting, assessments, homeowner portal or violation fines and has no Vantaca sync; it runs the walk and the repair next to Vantaca, never instead of it. Common questions
Does Sitesui integrate with Vantaca?
Not natively. Bring your associations in from a Vantaca export saved as CSV (Properties → Import CSV), and send completed walks and work-order events out as signed webhooks (Pro and up) to Zapier, Make or your own endpoint. There is no two-way sync of homeowners, violations or work orders.
Vantaca already has mobile inspections. Why add Sitesui?
Vantaca's inspections are built around the homeowner record and the violation letter. Sitesui is built around the condition of the common areas and what was done about it: a checklist walked on a cadence, a board-ready report with photos, and every finding followed to a vendor's completion photo on a link the board opens without an account. If Vantaca's inspections already give your board that, you do not need Sitesui. If not, Business is $99/month for the whole firm. If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.
Is Sitesui priced per door like the platforms?
No. Business is $99/month per management company with unlimited associations and managers. An association counts as one property; its homes count toward the 5,000-unit ceiling only if you add them to Sitesui as units, which a common-area walk does not need.
