A homeowner says the violation notice is wrong

A manager with an angry email, a hearing request, and a notice that went out after a drive-by three weeks ago.

What goes wrong

  • The drive-by photo is on someone's phone, and nobody can say what day it was taken.
  • The homeowner says the trailer left the driveway the day before the notice.
  • The neighbour two doors down had the same trailer and got nothing, and the homeowner knows it.

What to do now

  1. 1

Open the violation drive's report: the address, the rule, the note and the photo with the time it was taken.

  2. 2

Read the notice's thread: when it went out and what the homeowner sent back through the QR, with their photo.

  3. 3

Re-inspect on the same template and mark it cured or continuing; the new walk is dated too.

  4. 4

Export the drive's PDF for the hearing, and read the whole drive first: it shows every address noted that day, so you know about the neighbour before the committee asks.

What they end up holding

The homeowner and the hearing committee see the same dated photo and the same thread; the dispute becomes about the rule, not about what happened.

Which plan
