Can I give a board president read-only access?

Two ways: the association's client-wide link (no account, every completed report, revocable) is what most boards want; a viewer seat in your workspace is for a president who wants to sign in and see work orders in progress too. Either way they can change nothing.

How it works

Client link: Properties → the association → all-properties link.
Viewer seat: Settings → Team → invite → role Viewer.

What it doesn't do

A viewer sees the whole workspace unless region-scoped on Multi-site; for one association only, use the link.
