Yes, your first community: Send your checklist and your community or property list — the form at sitesui.com/setup, or an email to hello@sitesui.app — and we'll build your first community for you — the checklist as a template, the properties imported — free, by email, with no call to book. Or set it up yourself in under an hour — import your properties from a spreadsheet, copy the closest of the 30 library templates into your checklist and add your branding.

How it works

Properties → Import: a CSV with name and address (units, site code, region and cadence optional); the preview shows what it read before anything is created.
Templates: pick the closest library template and choose Copy and customize, then edit sections and items.
Settings → Branding: logo and colour on every report.
Want to look first? Settings → Sample data loads a small portfolio with a finished report, and removes it in one tap.

What it doesn't do

There is no Word or Excel checklist import in the app; send the document and we rebuild it as a template for you, or rebuild it in the template editor.
The free setup covers your first community; the rest you add the same way, by import, or ask by email. The setup itself happens by email; there is no onboarding call to book.
