Is Sitesui building inspection software?

Yes, for the building walks an owner, facilities team or inspector does on a schedule: routine building inspections, fire and life-safety rounds, roof, HVAC and exterior checks, with a photo on each item and a PDF at the end. It is not code-enforcement software for a municipal building department, and it issues no permits or certificates.

How it works

  • Start from the construction site, fire and life-safety, roof, HVAC or preventive maintenance templates, or build the building's own checklist.
  • Schedule the round to repeat; the walk runs offline in mechanical rooms and stairwells.
  • Each failed item becomes a work order to the vendor, with the photo, and comes back with an after photo.
  • The building's history stays in one place: every walk, every report, every repair, by date.

What it doesn't do

  • No permit, plan-review or code-citation workflow; a municipal inspector's software does that.
  • No sensor readings; a person walks and rates.
