Photos taken in the app are stamped with the time and *on site* on the PDF; annotate before you save if you want arrows or circles.

Voice notes are kept as audio and print in the report with their words. The words are transcribed on the phone where its browser takes dictation, otherwise by a speech service when one is configured; where neither is available, type the note up from the inspection page.
