On a completed inspection, View report opens the PDF. Share link makes a private link anyone can open without a login; choose how long it lives (7, 30 or 90 days, or no expiry), Generate link, copy it, and Revoke link when it should stop working.

Under More: Download PDF, Email the report, Export package (ZIP) with the photos, and Compare with an earlier walk (Pro).

Email the report takes up to five addresses, separated by commas; each person gets their own copy with the PDF attached (or the private link, when the PDF is too large to attach). Addresses that bounced or marked our mail as spam before are skipped.

If you amend a completed report, Re-send Rev 2 to … sends the new version once to everyone who had the old one.

Delivery history on the inspection lists every email with its result (*Delivered*, *Delayed*, *Bounced*, *Marked as spam*), each link made or revoked, and when the link was opened.

For an owner or board who wants every report in one place, use the Owner link on the property (Pro).
A report that is held, past the Free month's allowance or waiting for a manager's approval, can be viewed but not emailed or shared; it unlocks the moment the workspace is on a paid plan or the report is approved.
Free reports carry a small *Powered by Sitesui* line; Pro and the trial remove it, and Business also takes Sitesui off every page a client opens.
