On a property, find Recurring inspections (owners and managers). Pick a Template…, how often (Every 1 mo, 2 mo, 3 mo, 6 mo, year or 2 years), the first due date and Assign to — a person, or Anyone. Tick Rotate between several people to hand each walk to the next person in turn. Tap Add.

Seven days before each due date the walk is created and assigned; each person gets one email a night listing what was assigned to them. The evening before a dated walk, between 5 and 8 PM their time, they get a reminder with a link to it.

The dashboard's Scheduled walks due lists what is due in the next seven days and marks anything *Overdue*. Walk now on the property starts the right template on the right property; the inspections list's My inspections has *Today*, *This week* and *Overdue*.
- 4
Completing a walk with that template moves the next due date to the completion date plus the cadence, so a late walk doesn't bunch up the next one.
- 5
Print placard gives a sign for the site with the template, *Last inspected*, *Next due* and a QR code; it needs an owner link on the property first and updates itself when a walk is completed.

To put one walk on many properties at once, use Schedule many on the Inspections page: one template, one date and one person for up to 200 properties, with one email to that person (Pro and up).
A property's Routine walk under Edit property is a separate setting: it is what Coverage and the properties list's *Due for a walk* filter grade against. A schedule on a property past the plan's limit shows *Paused* until the plan has room.
