Can I track vendor invoices and payments?

Tracked, not processed: a vendor marks the order invoiced with the amount, you mark it paid, and both fire webhooks to your accounting flow. Sitesui does not move money between you and the vendor.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

  • The order's thread shows quote → accepted → done → invoiced → paid with dates.
  • Export work orders as CSV for the bookkeeper.

What it doesn't do

  • No payments, no invoice PDF generation for vendors.
