How do I prove the landscaper or pool company did the work?

The work order carries the before photo from the walk; the vendor answers “done” with an after photo from their phone, stamped with time and place; the Work-order verification template records your own re-check if the board wants a third eye. The trail — sent, accepted, done, verified — is on the order and in the board's report.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

  • Dispatch from the finding; the vendor needs no account.
  • The vendor answers from the link — done, with the after photo.
  • Mark invoiced and paid on the order; the CSV goes to the bookkeeper.

What it doesn't do

  • Sitesui records the vendor's photo; it does not judge it — that is the re-check.
