Is Sitesui property management software like AppFolio or Buildium?

No — property management software runs leases, rent, owner accounting and the tenant portal; Sitesui runs what happens on the property: the inspection on a phone, the report the owner or board reads, and the work order that fixes what the walk found. Most teams keep their property management system for the books and use Sitesui beside it.

How it works

  • Export the property list from your system as CSV and import it here; running the import again skips duplicates.
  • Walk a property on a phone, offline when the signal drops; the report is ready the moment you tap Complete.
  • Each finding becomes a work order in one tap and goes to a vendor by link or email.
  • Completed inspections and work-order events go back out by webhook, through Zapier or Make.

What it doesn't do

  • No leases, rent collection, owner accounting, tenant screening or tenant portal.
