AppFolio Property Manager is property-management software for residential, commercial, community-association and affordable portfolios: accounting, leasing, maintenance, communication and an AI assistant. Mobile Inspections are built in: customizable templates, photos and notes on a phone, items marked for follow-up, and offline capture that syncs.
Priced per unit per month on every plan, with a unit minimum and a minimum monthly spend. The pricing page asks you to book a demo or request a quote; we found no self-serve trial. Check with them for current rates.

Sitesui does no accounting, leasing or rent collection and has no AppFolio sync. Does Sitesui integrate with AppFolio?
Not natively. Bring properties in by CSV on Properties → Import CSV. Completed inspections and work-order events go out as signed webhooks (Pro) to Zapier, Make or your own endpoint, which can carry them onward. There is no two-way sync of units, tenants or work orders.
Is Sitesui a replacement for AppFolio?
No. AppFolio runs the business: the ledger, the leases, the rent. Sitesui runs the walk: the checklist on the phone, the report, the signature and the work order that comes out of it. If AppFolio's own inspections cover your walks, stay with them.
