Board packet

The HOA board packet, assembled from the inspections

Walk it once; the board packet follows. The board packet assembles what a board reads before its meeting (the association's walks, work orders and resident reports for a month or a date range) as a page and a PDF.

How it works

  • Assembled from what happened

Walks, work orders and resident reports for the period you pick.

  • On screen first, then a PDF

Read it before it is sent; the download is exactly the period on screen.

  • Held work stays out

A walk awaiting approval is not shown to the board until it is released.

Who uses it

What it does not do today

  • A walk that is held (awaiting approval, returned, or past the Free allowance) is not in the packet.
  • Resident names, emails and phone numbers are never included.

The limits are stated so the rest can be believed. When one changes, the changelog says so.

Questions people ask

  • How do I prepare the inspection section of a board packet?

Send the board the association's client-wide link a day early and attach this month's PDF — findings first, photos, then the work orders with the vendor's last word — so the status slide is the open-orders list and the trend is the property's history. Managers who do this stop writing a narrative nobody reads.

  • How do I send the board the common-area inspection report?

Complete the walk and the board-ready PDF exists; send the link, email the PDF, or give the association one standing link the board opens without an account, where every report lands newest first. Business removes the Sitesui name from that page so it reads as your firm's.

  • Can a board member or owner see reports without creating an account?

Yes — a client-wide link opens every property and every completed report for that client in the browser, no password; a single report has its own link too. Revoke either at any time from the app.

  • Can a management company run many associations in one workspace?

Yes — that is the shape it is built for: each association is a client with its properties, its own board link in your firm's brand, and its history kept apart from every other association's. One workspace, one price, however many communities up to the plan's units.
