Data in and out

Import properties, export everything, connect with webhooks

Your data goes in easily and comes out whole. Properties come in from a CSV with a preview and duplicates skipped; everything goes out as CSV, PDF and a photo ZIP at any time on any plan; and webhooks post inspection and work-order events to any URL, signed, with retries.

How it works

  • Import with a preview

Units, site codes, regions and cadence come in from their columns, and re-running is safe.

  • Export everything, any plan

Properties and inspections as CSV, every report as PDF, every photo in a ZIP with its stamps.

  • Signed webhooks with retries

Inspection and work-order events post to any URL, so Zapier or Make can hear about the walk.

Who uses it

What it does not do today

  • There is no native AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi or Rent Manager integration today; CSV and webhooks are the bridge.
  • Webhooks send events out (inspection.completed and the work-order events); they are not a two-way sync.

The limits are stated so the rest can be believed. When one changes, the changelog says so.

Questions people ask

  • Can I import my properties from a spreadsheet?

Yes — export a CSV from your current system or a sheet, drop it on Properties → Import, check the preview and import. Units, site codes, regions and walk cadence come in from their columns, and duplicates are skipped so re-running is safe.

  • Can I export all my data if I leave?

Yes, at any time and on any plan: properties and inspections as CSV, every report as PDF, every photo in a ZIP with its stamps, and a whole-workspace export you are emailed a link to. Nothing is held back to keep you.

  • Can work orders and completed inspections go to Zapier, Make or my own system?

Yes — webhooks post inspection.completed, work_order.opened, work_order.completed, work_order.invoiced and work_order.paid to any URL, signed, with retries. Point Zapier or Make at them and the rest of your stack hears about the walk.

  • Does Sitesui integrate with AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi or Rent Manager?

Not natively — today the bridge is CSV both ways (properties in, inspections and reports out) and webhooks that fire on completed inspections and work-order events. Connectors to those systems are on the roadmap; none is live, and we would rather say so than sell one.
