Export your properties from RentCheck (or your PMS) as a CSV and import them on Properties → Import CSV — columns are mapped, duplicates skipped. Rebuild your checklist in the template editor or start from one of 30 built-ins; the move-in and move-out templates are the usual starting point. Download your old inspection PDFs before closing the account — they stay your record, and Sitesui doesn't import them.
Can residents run their own inspections in Sitesui?
No — a member of your team runs the walk. Residents have their own door in: Pinpoint lets them report an issue with a photo and a location, no app or login, and follow it to fixed on a status page. Signing the move-in they can do on your phone or through a link.
