ResMan alternative
Sitesui vs ResMan
ResMan is a multifamily and affordable-housing PMS whose inspections come from an add-on. Sitesui is inspection-first and self-serve: reports, work orders and resident QR, flat per company, free to start.
How this comparison was made. ResMan’s pricing model, strengths and limits were read from their own site on 2026-10-01; we have not used their product as a paying customer. The Sitesui column comes from our pricing page and product as they are today. Where this page says what fits whom, that is our reading, not a fact about them. If something here is out of date, email hello@sitesui.app and it is corrected, with the date.
About ResMan
ResMan is property-management software for multifamily and affordable-housing operators: accounting, leasing, payments, screening, a resident portal and compliance for HUD, Rural Development and tax-credit housing. ResMan Maintenance covers work orders and the make-ready board; unit and property inspections come through InCheck, an add-on presented with SiteCompli, whose findings create work orders in ResMan.
Pricing is not published; the site asks you to request a demo. Expect a quote and a contract.
Where ResMan is strong
- A full multifamily PMS with affordable-housing compliance (HUD, RAD, Rural Development, tax credit) that Sitesui does not touch
- Inspection findings flow straight into ResMan's own work orders and make-ready board
- Leasing, payments, screening and a resident portal in the same system
Where Sitesui fits better
- Public pricing and no demo: sign up and walk a property today, free to start
- No PMS migration: Sitesui runs next to whatever system holds the books
- Built for association and community walks as well as rentals: common areas, amenities, violation drives, board-ready reports
- Residents report by QR between walks into the same queue as the inspector's findings
Pick ResMan if: You operate multifamily or affordable housing and want accounting, leasing, compliance and maintenance in one system, with inspections feeding its work orders. Sitesui is not a PMS and has no ResMan sync. Product details and pricing for other tools change — check their site for current specifics. This page describes Sitesui precisely and other products in general terms.

Common questions
Does Sitesui integrate with ResMan?
Not natively. Properties come in by CSV; completed inspections and work-order events go out as signed webhooks (Pro) that Zapier, Make or your own endpoint can carry onward. There is no two-way sync.
Does Sitesui do HUD or tax-credit compliance?
No. It has an HQS pre-inspection checklist for Section 8 units, but no compliance reporting, certifications or rent calculations; that is what an affordable-housing PMS is for.
