Re-inspection checklist
Back to the property, item by item, to prove the fixes. A report that found seven problems is finished when seven have been looked at again. This is the built-in re-inspection template: the original findings, each rated Done or Not done on the second visit, with the after photo beside the before. It is the visit that turns a list of repairs into a record of them.
7 items in 3 areas · the built-in “Re-inspection (repairs verified)” template, as it ships
How to run it
Three passes, in walking order
Start from the original report
In the app, start the re-inspection from the report and its findings come with it; on paper, list them in the left column.
Same spot, same angle
Stand where the original photo was taken and photograph again. Rate Done or Not done; note what is still open and why.
Close, or reopen
Done items close their work orders; Not-done items reopen them to the vendor with your photo.
The checklist
Re-inspection (repairs verified)

In the app an item can also answer as pass/fail, done/not done or a number, and any Fair or Poor item becomes a work order in one tap. The PDF prints the checklist as shown, with a notes line per item and a signature block.
When not to use it
- — A single repair — the work-order verification template is quicker.
- — A full new inspection — start the original template again.
What goes wrong
- — Rating Done from the doorway.
- — New photos from a different angle than the originals.
What this is not
A visual walk by whoever manages the property. It is not a licensed, certified, engineering, fire-code or regulatory inspection and does not replace one where the law, the lender, the insurer or the authority having jurisdiction requires it.
The finished report
Complete the walk and the PDF exists
Every item with its rating, notes and photos; an action-items table by priority; signatures captured on the phone or through a link. No export step. See a finished one before you sign up.

Questions
Re-inspection: what people ask
How is this different from work-order verification?
Verification checks one repair. Re-inspection walks every finding from a report in one visit — after a turnover, before a Section 8 visit, before the board meeting.
Can the report show before and after?
Yes. The re-inspection report lines each original finding up with its second look and both photos.
What if a new problem shows up?
Add it as a new finding; it gets its own work order and joins the next re-inspection.
