Work order verification checklist
“Done” is a photo of the same spot, after. A repair is finished when someone who did not do it looks at it. This is the built-in verification template: the original finding beside the completed work, the quality of the fix, whether the area was left clean, whether the resident agrees, and a photo from the same angle as the one that opened the work order.

How to run it
Three passes, in walking order
Bring the before
Open the work order and its original photo. Stand where that photo was taken.
Look at the fix and around it
Does it address the finding, is the workmanship acceptable, is anything nearby damaged by the work, is the area clean.
Close it with the after
Photograph from the same angle, rate Done, and the work order closes against the finding. In Sitesui the vendor can send that photo first; this walk confirms it.

In the app an item can also answer as pass/fail, done/not done or a number, and any Fair or Poor item becomes a work order in one tap. The PDF prints the checklist as shown, with a notes line per item and a signature block.
When not to use it
- — Verifying many findings from one report at once — use the re-inspection template.
What goes wrong
- — Photographing from a different angle, so before and after cannot be compared.
- — Closing on the vendor's word.
What this is not
A visual walk by whoever manages the property. It is not a licensed, certified, engineering, fire-code or regulatory inspection and does not replace one where the law, the lender, the insurer or the authority having jurisdiction requires it.
The finished report
Complete the walk and the PDF exists
Every item with its rating, notes and photos; an action-items table by priority; signatures captured on the phone or through a link. No export step. See a finished one before you sign up.

Questions
Repair verification: what people ask
Do I have to verify every work order?
No. Verify what matters — safety items, anything a resident reported, anything you are paying a lot for. The app lets you mark which work orders need a verification walk.
Can the vendor's completion photo count?
It can close the work order; the verification is your own look, when you want one. The two photos sit together on the record.
What if the repair is not right?
Rate it Not done with a note and a photo; the work order reopens to the vendor with your photo attached.
