Airbnb turnover checklist

How to run it
Three passes, in walking order
Set the arrival
Lock or lockbox code changed for the next guest, lights and thermostat set, Wi-Fi card and house manual out.
Room by room
Kitchen clean and restocked, fresh linens, towels and toiletries, surfaces and under the cushions, TV and remotes working. A photo of each room as the guest will find it.
Safety and outside
Smoke and CO detectors, extinguisher, first-aid kit; trash out; patio, grill, pool or hot tub. Complete it and the report is on your phone before the cleaner leaves.
